Welcome to the Advance Training And Testing Center (ATTC). By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding. 

1. Services Offered

ATTC offers specialized vocational training courses in the following fields:

• Plastering

• Formwork Carpentry

• Bricklaying

• Tiling

• Bar Bending

These programs are designed to provide hands-on training, equipping students with the practical skills required to excel in their respective industries.

2. Enrollment Requirements

• Age Requirement: Students must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any of our programs.

• Fees: The course fees vary depending on the program selected. All fees are due upon admission.

• Admission Process: To complete the enrollment, students must submit the required documents and payment.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All course fees are to be paid in full at the time of admission. Payment can be made via [list payment methods].

• No Refund Policy: Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including voluntary withdrawal or failure to complete the course.

4. Accommodation & Amenities

ATTC provides the following facilities for students who opt for the residential package:

• Dormitory accommodation

• Meals (provided daily by skilled cooks)

• Internet access

• 24/7 electricity

Please note that these services are included in the fees for residential students. The Center ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all students.

5. Course Completion & Certification

Upon successful completion of all course modules and tests, students will be awarded a certification in their respective field of training. Students must meet the following conditions to be eligible for certification:

• Full attendance and participation in all modules

• Successful completion of all practical and written tests

• Adherence to the Center’s code of conduct

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude while at ATTC. While we aim to provide a supportive and flexible learning environment, all students must act in accordance with the values of responsibility, respect, and integrity. Violation of these values may result in disciplinary actions.

7. Privacy & Data Use

ATTC respects the privacy of all students and does not use any personal data for purposes other than the enrollment process and official correspondence. We do not share, sell, or otherwise use student data outside of what is required for course administration.

8. Disciplinary Action & Termination

ATTC encourages a positive and constructive learning environment. While we do not impose strict penalties for minor infractions, any serious misconduct (e.g., violence, cheating, disruption of classes) will be dealt with as per our internal policies. In extreme cases, students may be asked to leave the course with no refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

ATTC strives to provide the highest quality training services. However, the Center is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the training program. Students are advised to maintain appropriate health and safety standards while on-site.

10. Modifications to the Terms

ATTC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students through the contact details provided at the time of enrollment. Continued enrollment in the course after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
