Course Overview
The Electrification course at ATTC is engineered to deliver rigorous, hands-on training in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations. Students learn electrical safety protocols, conduit piping, circuit breaker panel board assembly, single-phase and three-phase wiring, cable pulling, load balancing, earthing systems, and international compliance standards (IEC / BS 7671).
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand electrical theory, circuit diagrams, and electrical safety standards (NFPA / IEC)
- Install PVC and metal conduits, cable trays, and surface/concealed wiring networks
- Wire and balance single-phase and 3-phase distribution boards (DB/MDB), MCBs, RCCBs, and earthing
- Test insulation resistance, continuity, and ground fault loops using megohmmeter and multimeters
- Troubleshoot short circuits, phase imbalance, and electrical equipment failures in building systems
Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Electrification course can pursue rewarding career paths locally and internationally, including:
- Licensed Building & Residential Electrician
- Industrial Maintenance Electrician & Panel Assembler
- Electrical Substation & Generator Technician
- Overseas Electrical Foreman for Major Infrastructure Projects
